Join our Team and become the Future of Freight!</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are seeking an experienced VP, National Agent Recruitment (MidWest/West Region), to join our team. This is a high-impact sales role for an individual with existing industry relationships and a book of business. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in the Freight Agency model, including brokerage, transportation sales, or 3PL and will be responsible for driving revenue by sourcing new Agents and managing a profitable pipeline.&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify independent freight agents, brokers and stand-alone carriers who qualify as good candidates to join the Bridgeway family of carriers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow up on new leads and referrals.
