font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What you'll actually do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support retail and commercial land development projects from concept through construction</li>\n<li>Assist in preparing site plans, grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans</li>\n<li>Perform stormwater calculations and basic modeling</li>\n<li>Contribute to plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D</li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (clients, municipalities, contractors)</li>\n<li>Participate in site investigations, zoning research, and utility coordination</li>\n<li>Take on increasing ownership of design components as your experience grows<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
