This is an on-site position working out of either our Toronto or Burlington office.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform field inspections and site visits for various civil engineering projects.</li>\n<li>Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings and designs by using Civil 3D.</li>\n<li>Prepare civil related engineering reports and analyses.</li>\n<li>Prepare construction cost estimates, project specifications and contract documents.</li>\n<li>Perform engineering calculations for water, sewer, and drainage systems.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with clients, contractors, project team members, and stakeholders on various projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you bring?</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in municipal/ land development.</li>\n<li>Must be a registered professional engineer in good standing with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).</li>\n<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.</li>\n<li>Experience building Civil 3D templates.</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with minimal supervision.</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate with other disciplines and work as a team player.</li>\n<li>Effective time management and strong organization skills.</li>\n<li>Self-starter and attention to details.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office.</li>\n<li>A valid Driver’s License as site inspections and travel will be occasionally required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.</li>\n<li>You are comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without supervision.</li>\n<li>You are a natural self-starter with the ability to meet tight deadlines.</li>\n<li>You collaborate effectively with colleagues from various disciplines.</li>\n<li>You understand the importance of providing a high level of customer service to all clients and stakeholders.</li>\n<li>You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you welcome challenges rather than shy away from them.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A key role in strengthening the Toronto civil team within a rapidly expanding national firm.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Opportunities to work on diverse, high-impact projects throughout Ontario and across Canada.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">A collaborative, innovative environment where your expertise directly contributes to shaping communities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At Design Works Engineering, we offer more than just a job; we offer a career.
