Resolve production problems in a timely manner in assigned production areas while improving quality and productivity.</p><p>5. Provide clear and consistent communication with the Trim Lead and Production Supervisors regarding all activity and issues relating to the assigned Production area.</p><p>6. Accurately report all production related information on a timely basis using computer or manual form.</p><p>7. May be asked to train new Trimmer LTS.</p><p>8. Other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</p>",

High school diploma or GED.</p><p>2. Score of 17 or higher on the Sierra Bullets Mechanical Aptitude Test.</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements to Perform the Duties of the Job: </strong></p><p>1.
