Job Description: The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Managers of Pharmacy to assist in establishing, maintaining and improving systems and processes to support the planning and administrative functions of the Pharmacy department.

Experience
Several years' experience in an administraive role Experience working with collective agreements Education
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Administrative Assistant diploma Administrative Assistant certificate Management certificate Management degree/diploma Other Education and Training
Equivalent combination of education and experience Competencies
Advanced - Organizational skills Advanced - Communication skills Advanced - Interpersonal skills Knowledge and Abilities
Ability to recognize and maintain confidential information Ability to demonstrate appropriate level of professional conduct and judgement. Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access). Demonstrated political sensitivity and discretion Ability to take large amount of complex information and convey it concisely Knowledge of diverse, culturally safe and representative workforce Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team Team player with ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
