As Senior Manager, Product Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping product innovation, improving existing products, and influencing long‑term engineering strategy—while collaborating with global partners and senior leaders across the organization.</p><p>What you will be doing:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li>Serve as the primary Product Engineering point of contact for the Private Brands team in the U.S. corporate office</li><li>Lead product engineering efforts across new product development and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Partner closely with Design &amp; Innovation, Product Development, Global Sourcing, Operations, and Quality teams</li><li>Provide technical guidance during sample reviews, prototype debugging, and manufacturability optimization</li><li>Drive engineering design fundamentals to improve manufacturability, reduce cost, enhance product performance, and ensure product reliability</li><li>Collaborate with Product Engineering and Sourcing teams in Europe and Asia</li><li>Support and occasionally lead sustainability initiatives within the private brands portfolio</li><li>Travel to global factories and sourcing offices as needed</li><li>Contribute to 3–5 year strategic planning</li></ul><p>What You Bring to the Table:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li>Deep knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product design</li><li>Strong understanding of consumer goods product development</li><li>Proven leadership with the ability to mentor, develop, and inspire teams</li><li>Analytical, creative problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail</li><li>Experience working directly with global manufacturing partners</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment</li></ul><p>What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Development, or equivalent work experience</li><li>8+ years of experience in product engineering or product development</li><li>3+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams</li><li>Demonstrated success delivering high‑quality products aligned to business objectives</li><li>Strong expertise in engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance</li><li>Experience managing budgets, resources, and complex cross‑functional projects</li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li>Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies and modern engineering tools</li><li>Familiarity with PLM systems and engineering data analytics</li><li>Knowledge of industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices</li><li>Experience working in regulated industries such as consumer goods, automotive, medical devices, or aerospace</li></ul><p>We Offer:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li>Inclusive culture with associate‑led Business Resource Groups</li><li>Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)</li><li>401(k) company match</li><li>Online and retail discounts</li><li>Physical and mental health wellness programs, and more</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
