Guided by our mission, we are dedicated to inspiring connections between people and wildlife while fostering an appreciation for the natural world.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We're looking for an experienced and motivated leader to oversee daily park operations and help create exceptional guest experiences. This role is responsible for managing key operational areas including admissions, retail, food and beverage, staffing, and guest services while supporting a positive, team-oriented culture.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Admissions </em></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Manage and supervise all aspects of Park onsite admissions including point-of-sale software, staffing, and customer service</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure public-facing staff are trained and aware of all Park promotions and special events</em></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Food and Beverage</em></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Supervise all staff and maintain high-quality food safety and professionalism</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Manage all menu items and cost margins, ensuring quality and consistency</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Maintain a Managerial-Level Serve Safe Certificate</em></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Retail</em></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Manage and assist in the retail operations including staffing, layout, inventory, stocking, and customer service</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Ensures cleanliness and overall appearance of gift shop and satellite locations</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Coordinate and assist in the procurement of all retail merchandise</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Ensure all merchandise is received and sold in accordance with company policies</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Maintain current knowledge of retail trends</em></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Information Technology</em></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Maintain all Park point-of-sale equipment and radios</em></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Loss Prevention and Cash Control</em></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Develop, audit and enforce company policies on cash handling</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Assist in daily drawer closeouts and deposits</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Monitor and review all cash deposits and relevant documentation</em></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Staff Management </em></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Work closely with Park managers to hire seasonal staff</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Work closely with corporate office staff to complete all company hiring documents</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Coordinate initial general Park training for all new employees and conduct regular customer-service training will all staff</em></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Maintain Park-wide compliance with all labor laws including but not limited to minor labor laws</em></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>General Tasks </em></span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> <em>Oversee all Park policies and procedures</em></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be 18 years of age or older and pass pre-employment screening</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience leading customer-service teams</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficient with Microsoft Office programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak season hours</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
