      "content": "\n<li>Understands how various trades interact during the tank building process and can direct the&nbsp;work as required and uses that knowledge to complete rehabilitation and retrofit projects.</li>\n<li>Establishes crews, assigns responsibilities and follows through on assigned work to meet the budgeted man-hours.</li>\n<li>Reads and interprets tank drawings and construction information package to ensure work is performed according to specifications.</li>\n<li>Inventories material upon delivery to ensure components comply with the contract drawings prior to signature.</li>\n<li>Participates in a daily closeout meeting with the Superintendent providing an update on the day’s activities and needs for the following day.</li>\n<li>Follows quality control (QC) program, understands construction tolerances, and reports any quality defects immediately.</li>\n<li>Checks and confirms elevation grades and plumbness on critical tank components.</li>\n<li>Follows safety procedures and understands DN Tanks safety policies.</li>\n<li>Develops task hazard analysis (THA) and reviews with the crew.</li>\n<li>Identifies hazards, takes action to correct them, and is responsible for recognizing those who do the same in accordance with the Award of Excellence (AOE) Program.</li>\n<li>Stops employees and subcontractors from performing unsafe acts and working in hazardous conditions.</li>\n<li>Promotes clean, safe work practices by watching over other employees while performing work.</li>\n<li>Follows quality control (QC) program, understands construction tolerances, and reports any quality defects immediately.</li>\n<li>Provides coaching and training while motivating the team to produce quality work and ensure all safety standards are met with all individuals on the project.</li>\n<li>Maintains all certifications in compliance with DN Tanks Safety &amp; Equipment Programs.</li>\n<li>Signals operator during any construction activities requiring a crane.</li>\n<li>Performs all jobsite layout utilizing survey equipment under direction of the Superintendent.</li>\n<li>Supports the training program by working closely with other traveling tank builders and utilizing all resources available in DN University.</li>\n<li>Provides training feedback to the Superintendent in order to advance the knowledge, skills, and&nbsp;abilities of all our traveling tank builders.</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Analyze problem areas, communicate to Project Manager/Engineering and direct</li>\n<li>crew in completing repairs.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with the office, owners and engineers to keep all apprised</li>\n<li>of project status.</li>\n<li>Leads the crew in evaluating, removing and repairing concrete as required.</li>\n<li>Leads the crew in erecting and dismantling shoring, scaffolding and staging.</li>\n<li>Lead the crew in prestress wire/strand removal and replacement utilizing</li>\n<li>wire/strand stressing techniques.</li>\n<li>Lead the crew in repairing existing appurtenances to include ladders, hatches, and</li>\n<li>vents.</li>\n<li>Lead the crew in performing tank chlorination procedures and leakage tests.</li>\n<li>Lead the crew in repairing seepage and leakage utilizing standard DN Tanks’</li>\n<li>injection methods.</li>\n<li>Performs QC Inspections.</li>\n<li>Uses a transit and laser level to confirm benchmark and survey control.</li>\n<li>Follows all confined space procedures at all times.</li>\n<li>Arrives to the project site with enough time to prepare themselves for work prior to the start of&nbsp;the shift.</li>\n<li>Operate and maintain DN Tanks tools and equipment including pressure washer, coating and&nbsp;epoxy injection pumps.</li>\n<li>Ability to set up and use all survey equipment.</li>\n<li>Inspect materials being used to ensure product quality and integrity.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of carpentry skills.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of and decision making ability regarding surface preparation for coatings.</li>\n<li>Understanding the impact of and making the decision regarding environmental conditions for</li>\n<li>coating applications.</li>\n<li>Take ownership of the maintenance of DN tools and equipment.</li>\n<li>Makes decisions on materials and equipment to be used to best perform the work.</li>\n<li>Team player with the ability to coordinate work with other team members.</li>\n<li>Ability to take direction from skilled members regardless of craft or title and ask questions as</li>\n<li>needed.</li>\n<li>Lead yourself first by being coachable, respectful, and having a consistently positive attitude</li>\n<li>which are in line with DN Tanks Core Values.</li>\n<li>Collaborates with other team members to build culture that supports DN Tanks Vision</li>\n<li>Statement &amp; Core Values.</li>\n<li>Effectively manages crew members by applying leadership skills acquired through experience&nbsp;and training</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Operate and maintain DN tools and equipment.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel to project sites throughout the United States at the direction of the Field&nbsp;Operations Manager.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to climb and perform tasks at heights on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, shoring,&nbsp;</li>\n<li>and scaffolds.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to wear personal protective equipment including but not limited to; steel toed shoes,&nbsp;gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Obtain and maintain active Adult First Aid/CPR Certified (American Red Cross Approved)&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Obtain and maintain active OSHA 10 Certification in 30 days (or less) after acceptance or&nbsp;promotion to the Foreman position&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Obtain and maintain active all required DN Tanks certifications (example: forklift, manlift, nail&nbsp;gun, etc.)&nbsp;</li>\n"
