  "BriefDescription": "The Senior Sourcing Specialist is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for transforming organizational product needs into sourcing plans and execution. Marketlab’s sourcing needs encompass distribution, private-labeling, contract manufacturing, as well as raw materials and components for manufacturing. This role negotiates pricing and terms, establishes and maintains strategic partnerships, and leads the execution of supply agreements that ensure supply continuity and financial health.  Reporting to the Senior Sourcing Manager, you will be a key partner of Commercial and Product Management teams in launching new products while also leading strategic sourcing opportunities across Marketlab’s portfolio of products.",
