You will be responsible for keeping appointments moving smoothly, driving the training and development of our assistant and technician staff, managing scheduling, and fostering a high-engagement, positive team culture. Actively monitor the schedule to ensure outpatient appointments, diagnostics, and surgeries move efficiently from check-in to discharge. Strategically pivot the team to handle emergencies and unexpected bottlenecks.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Training &amp; Mentorship:</b> Design, implement, and oversee the onboarding and continuing education programs for veterinary assistants and technicians. Assess skill levels, sign off on clinical competencies, and provide real-time coaching on the floor.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Scheduling &amp; Labor Optimization:</b> Create and manage equitable, balanced schedules for the nursing team, ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts.
