Shreveport, LA 71119.</p>\n<p>Responsible for identifying abnormalities with customer’s power generation equipment at the customer's place of business and performing standard repairs, including replacing batteries chargers, block heaters and other support equipment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose standard problems with power generation equipment.</li>\n <li>Perform standard repairs on power generation equipment and related support equipment; replace support equipment as necessary.</li>\n <li>Identify and order appropriate parts to complete repairs and routine maintenance.</li>\n <li>Perform routine maintenance on equipment according to established guidelines and schedules.</li>\n <li>Provide assistance to more senior level technicians on larger jobs.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment.</li>\n <li>Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Conduct load bank tests to ensure generators can handle their rated capacity and perform effectivelyunder load.</li>\n <li>Lead and perform generator commissioning activities, including verifying system installation, conducting performance tests, and ensuring all components function according to design specifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.</li>\n <li>Dependable and trustworthy.</li>\n <li>Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.</li>\n <li>Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education/</strong><strong>Experience</strong><strong>:</strong></p>\n<p>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two to four years related experience required. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Computer Skills</strong></p>\n<p>Basic computer navigation and utilization skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</p>\n<p>(Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Other Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>Ability to utilize laptop computers and portable diagnostic tools required. </p>\n<p>Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License required.</p>",
