We are looking for caring, individuals to join our Team.  <br><br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>We are hiring for positions, in Marrietta, Locust Grove, Ellenwood, Georgia Must be available to work-ends</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span>We are currently have a position open  for  CNA, PCA in Locust Grove for Saturday and Sunday Hours 8am to 2:30 PM</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Positions open for Direct Care Staff, CNA PCA for shifts   LPN for Private Home Care. All Positions are for Private Home Care. </p>\n<p>Rotating Days   Rotating Days weekly Sunday thru Saturday  hours 7:00 AM   to 7:00 PM   </p>\n<p>Rotating Nights   Rotating Night Shift Sunday thru Saturday  Hours  7:00 PM to  :00AM</p>\n<p>Various Day Shift Hours</p>\n<p>Various Evening Hours</p>\n<p>Part Time, full Time,  PRN staffing weekends, </p>\n<p>Must have reliable transportation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Qualifications:<br> Must be able to read and write<br> First Aid/CPR<br> DCH/NCIC/DBHDD Background clearance<br> Direct Support Professional experience is preferred, but not required.<br> Capable of lifting 50 pounds without assistance<br> Maintains current driver’s license if doing transportation<br> Must have a positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work with people of diverse<br>backgrounds<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span>Duties and Responsibilities<br> Supports individuals in attaining personal goals and desires<br> Ensures safety and security of individuals<br> Assist individuals with ADLs<br> Routine hygiene care throughout the day.<br> Supervise in addressing their ISP/Plan of Care goals and document progress<br> Support all opportunities for the growth, learning and development of the individual<br> Complete daily progress notes highlighting person center events<br> Maintain individuals’ records on site in accordance with policy and procedures.<br> Supports individuals by planning nutritious meals, and supporting those with special diets<br> Cooperates with family members regarding reasonable requests related to the needs of individual<br> Supervises the self – administration of prescribed medication and maintains record of medication by documentation on<br>MARs according to established policies (if applicable)<br> Maintains medical chart for each individual, consistent with physician’s orders, and reports any medical emergencies<br>according to the Medical Emergency Plan<br> Administer medications to those individuals unable to self-administer (must be proxy trained)<br> Assumes responsibility for cash disbursements given by supervisor and keeps receipts showing actual amount spent, if<br>applicable<br> Supports individuals with learning and maintaining personal and household skills<br> Provides physical supports to residents; including, but not limited to, lifting and moving adaptive equipment<br> Receives visitors to the facility; maintains family  oriented nature of the facility by being hospitable to family members<br>and other natural supports by making arrangements as needed for family<br><br></span></p>",
