Unleashing Your Potential</li>\n <li>Competitive Compensation, Health Benefits, & a generous flexible medical / Health spending account</li>\n <li>RRSP matching program</li>\n <li>Employee bonus program</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n <li>Discount program that covers almost everything under the sun - Restaurants, gyms, shopping etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and improve trade reporting tools to ensure accuracy and usability.</li>\n <li>Analyze distributor programs vs. accruals, track spend against commitments, and evaluate profitability for renewals.</li>\n <li>Oversee program invoicing processes and support requirements for accrual updates.</li>\n <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business strategy.</li>\n <li>Build and analyze cost models, conduct ROI/sensitivity analyses, and develop pricing strategies.</li>\n <li>Present clear financial recommendations to sales and senior management.</li>\n <li>Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for successful commercialization.</li>\n <li>Enhance existing analytics and develop new reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights and improve decision-making processes.</li>\n <li>Conduct business analysis of customer/product margins to offer valuable insights for business decisions.</li>\n <li>Implement and refine data visualization tools to better communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Regularly review and optimize financial models and methodologies to ensure they remain relevant and accurate.</li>\n <li>Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within SAP and other financial systems.</li>\n <li>Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support management decision-making.</li>\n <li>Additional duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum 1 years of relevant working financial analysis, budgeting, or operational reporting experience.</li>\n <li>Prior experience in a CPG or food manufacturing industry is a plus.</li>\n <li>University Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Math or a related field.</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic and reliability, with a high sense of accountability and persistence in achieving goals.</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships and manage conflicts constructively.</li>\n <li>High integrity, adhering to ethical standards and taking responsibility for financial actions.</li>\n <li>Proficient in data analytics and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, common formulas), with strong attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Experience in PowerBI and SAP is considered a plus.</li>\n <li>Effective problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, understanding costing models and financial analysis.</li>\n <li>Clear and concise communication skills to convey financial information effectively.</li>\n <li> Ability to commute across multiple manufacturing locations in the GTA for work is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at FGF?</strong>Working at FGF Brands, there is never a dull moment!
