The primary focus is centered on reducing risk and improving the efficiency, performance, stability, security, and quality of all systems and platforms.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Systems Engineering role specializes in the analysis, evaluation, design, testing, implementation, support, and debugging of all middleware, mainframe, and distributed platforms, tools, and systems of the firm.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide support for various middleware technologies managed by the team, with a primary focus on Tomcat, WebSphere Business Process Manager, WebSphere Application Server, IBM MQ, Liberty, and Kafka.</li>\n <li>Responsible for identifying and implementing efficiencies and improvements to standard processes and procedures, including automation through scripting or programming.</li>\n <li>Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Mitigate risk by following established procedures, monitoring controls, identifying key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.</li>\n <li>Lead or contribute to automation and scripting initiatives using tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar orchestration tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual work.</li>\n <li>Serve as a key responder for critical and major production incidents, handling end-to-end restoration, root cause analysis, remediation, and post-incident reviews.</li>\n <li>Ensure production environments are available, perform well, are resilient, and recoverable through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and capacity planning.</li>\n <li>Support new applications deployed across Dev, QA, PSE, and PROD environments.</li>\n <li>Utilize monitoring and third-party tools to maintain system health and uptime.</li>\n <li>Install, update, and coordinate patches for security vulnerabilities and bug fixes for WAS, IHS, Tomcat, MQ, and Kafka.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor degree in Engineering or Masters in Computer Science is required.</li>\n <li>06+ years' experience in application development and system analysis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Talents Needed for Success:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>6+&nbsp;years’ experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;supporting real time production environments.</li>\n <li>Extensive&nbsp;debugging skills and troubleshooting&nbsp;experience.</li>\n <li>Experience with Middleware&nbsp;technologies like&nbsp;IBM&nbsp;MQ,&nbsp;WebSphere, Tomcat,&nbsp;Liberty &amp; Kafka.</li>\n <li>ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management, with demonstrated operational discipline.</li>\n <li>Leadership in driving and resolving Critical and Major production incidents, coordinating across infrastructure, application, and security teams.</li>\n <li>General knowledge of industry principles and familiarity with modern technologies like Amazon cloud, Unix/Linux, virtualization,&nbsp;etc.&nbsp;is good to have but not a&nbsp;requirement.</li>\n <li>Familiar&nbsp;with monitoring and ticketing tools SNOW,&nbsp;SPLUNK&nbsp;etc.</li>\n <li>Certifications in any&nbsp;one of&nbsp;middleware&nbsp;areas will be a plus.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
