Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape how technology supports the organisation while coordinating delivery through established external IT and ERP partners.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>This role offers the opportunity to take genuine ownership of business systems within </span><span>an ambitious and </span><span>growing engineering company.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>You will play </span><span>a central role</span><span> in shaping how technology enables efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation over the coming years</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Business Systems Leadership</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Own and develop the company’s core systems environment centred around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop central integrations to </span><span>e</span><span>nsure business systems are structured, scalable, and aligned</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Establish governance and best practice for system usage, data structure, and change control.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Act as the internal owner of system performance and continuous improvement.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Transformation &amp; Operational Improvement</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead delivery of business system and process improvement initiatives across Finance, Engineering, Production, </span><span>Sales</span><span> and Service.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Identify</span><span> opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual processes.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support the digitalisation of manufacturing and operational activities, including shop-floor data capture and reporting.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Drive adoption of consistent, efficient ways of working across departments.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Vendor &amp;
