This entry-level engineering role provides an opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and multidisciplinary project teams while developing technical expertise in structural analysis, design, and EPC project execution.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation, a desire to learn and grow within the power and industrial sectors, and the ability to contribute to high-quality engineering deliverables throughout all phases of project development. </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>Structural Design & Analysis</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the design and analysis of structural systems for power generation, renewable energy, BESS, transmission, substation, and industrial facilities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in the development of: </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Structural steel framing designs  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Equipment support structures  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Foundations and anchor systems  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Pipe rack structures  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Equipment platforms and access structures  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Building structures and enclosures  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Transmission and utility support structures • Perform basic structural calculations and engineering analyses under the guidance of senior engineers. • Assist with structural modeling and analysis using industry-standard engineering software. • Support the preparation of design calculations, reports, and technical documentation.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Execution</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support projects through conceptual design, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in preparing construction drawings, specifications, and material take-offs. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and drafting teams to support integrated project execution. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Review project specifications, vendor information, and applicable codes and standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with tracking project deliverables and meeting project schedules. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Engineering Documentation</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and design packages. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with reviewing structural drawings and deliverables for accuracy and compliance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support development of structural design criteria and project documentation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain organized engineering records and documentation throughout project execution. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Construction & Field Support</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in site visits, field investigations, and existing condition assessments. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support construction activities by responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and reviewing field conditions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with evaluating field modifications and updating engineering documents as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support startup and commissioning activities as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural emphasis or Structural Engineering from an accredited university. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering is a plus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>0–3 years of relevant structural engineering experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Internship, co-op, or project experience in industrial, utility, energy, or EPC environments is preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred or ability to obtain shortly after hire. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with structural engineering principles and design methodologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic knowledge of: </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Structural steel design  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Reinforced concrete design  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Foundation design  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Load calculations  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Structural analysis methods • Familiarity with industry codes and standards, including:  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>AISC  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>ASCE 7  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>ACI  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>IBC • Experience with or exposure to:  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>STAAD.Pro  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>RISA  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>SAP2000  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Mathcad  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>AutoCAD  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Revit  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Professional Skills</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within
