    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">TRIA is looking to hire a Hand Therapist to join our Hand Therapy team!&nbsp; Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>Position Summary:</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assuring that the PNHS values are achieved through daily departmental operations.&nbsp;</span><span class=\"wgt-textwidget\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">This includes, but is not limited to, direct patient care, professional growth and development, outcome/competency monitoring, compliance with&nbsp;professional organizations, regulatory standards, and regulatory agencies; and participating in process improvements to advance patient care outcomes and satisfaction.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">The Rehabilitation Services Occupational Therapist will communicate timely, clearly and in a professional manner with staff, patients, patient family members, physicians, and other internal/external customers.&nbsp; The staff member will demonstrate skills in listening, conflict management, system problem solving, decision-making and process improvement.&nbsp; &nbsp;Therapists will practice in compliance with professional standards and professional code of ethics.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Therapists in the development track will partner with their leader(s) to discuss ways in which the therapist can improve departmental performance through activities involving community events, presentations, and program/department improvement initiatives.&nbsp; The therapist will be given protected time to execute these activities.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Participates in basic department development expectations for three professional pursuits, which must be some combination of the following: community event related Park Nicollet, TRIA or clinical profession, a presentation and/or program, project, or committee participation.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\"><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>Work Schedule:</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">.80 FTE</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; text-decoration: none;\"><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><u>Required Qualifications:</u></strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Three years’ experience as an occupational therapist.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Licensed with the Minnesota Department of Health.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Emphasis in a specific area of clinical expertise.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Exhibit leadership qualities and serves as a professional role model within the clinic as documented in the most recent performance appraisal or resume/interview.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Proficient with communication and data processing equipment.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Proficient in clinical apparatus related to area of expertise.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 107%;\">Proficient in organization electronic medical record software.&nbsp;</span></span></p>",
