Our new Chief Engineer will lead and coach a small but talented engineering team to stay one step ahead of our everyday maintenance needs.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n</div>\n<div>\n A little taste of your day-to-day:\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n</div>\n<div>\n Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:\n</div>\n<div>\n ●<span> </span>Directing daily engineering needs to ensure the right team is always on the right task\n</div>\n<div>\n ●<span> </span>Creating a safe, secure and comfortable environment for our guests to enjoy\n</div>\n<div>\n ●<span> </span>Maintaining and ordering parts and supplies whilst minimising waste and meeting\n</div>\n<div>\n our green initiatives\n</div>\n<div>\n ●<span> </span>Being flexible to react to ad-hoc duties where we have to unexpectedly pull together to get a task completed\n</div>\n<div>\n ●<span> </span>Building strong relationships with outside contacts including guests, regulatory agencies, others as needed&nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n</div>\n<div>\n What We need from you:\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n</div>\n<div>\n ●<span> </span>Some college or advanced vocational training&nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n ●<span> </span>Four years’ experience in general building maintenance and/or construction or equivalent combination of education and experience&nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n ●<span> </span>Specialised expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry fields\n</div>\n<div>\n ●<span> </span>Level 3 EPA Certification, HVAC and refrigeration certificate, licensed plumber and/or journeyman status for electrician and carpenter may be required&nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n ●<span> </span>Hotel experience preferred&nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n ●<span> </span>Professional certification and licence if required by law&nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n</div>\n<div>\n What you can expect from us:\n</div>\n<div>\n <br>\n</div>\n<div>\n We give our people everything they need to succeed.
