          "text": "<p><strong>**This position is contingent upon award of contract**</strong><strong>&#xa0;</strong></p><p>SOSi is seeking a Project Manager to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage individual Work Orders, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and performance benchmarks are met within approved schedules and budgets.</li><li>Track and report on programmatic risks, developing mitigation strategies for potential disruptions in execution.</li><li>Submit a quarterly Work Order Performance &amp; Risk Management Report, detailing project progress, risk assessments, and mitigation actions.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Active TS/SCI clearance.&#xa0;</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field, OR Five (5) years of equivalent experience in managing DoD projects.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies, contract compliance, and performance reporting is required.</li><li>Contractor must be PMP certified.</li><li>Knowledge and capability to manage specific Work Order execution, track schedules, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.</li><li>Proficient in Agile project management, resource planning, and stakeholder coordination.</li><li>Strong analytical and leadership skills to drive deliverables within cost, schedule, and performance constraints.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Desirable but not required certifications include, Lean Six, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or DAWIA Level II in Program Management.</li></ul>",
