As a Caregiver, you’ll provide personalized care and support to a small group of residents (typically 10–12), helping with daily activities, companionship, and emotional support. Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Be a Patient Advocate : Actively assist nursing staff with direct patient care and respond to resident needs.
Ensure Accuracy & Safety: Meticulously manage medications, transcribe doctor's orders, and monitor for drug interactions.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Handle crucial administrative tasks, including ordering medications and supplies, and communicating with doctors and families.
Collaborate and Report: Partner with nursing staff and leadership by reporting any discrepancies to the Director of Nursing.
Monitor Vitals: Take and record residents' vitals and assist in resident care emergencies as needed.
Schedule: Work 2 Days per week rotating schedule.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
CPR certified, Food handlers’ certificate
CNA/HCA certified
One (1) year experience, preferred.

Payrate: $19.50-$22.00 per hour DOE
