Develop, plan, and execute communication strategies to support collaboration with the Government of Japan, industry customers, and partners. Actively carry out sales activities, including engagement and coordination with business leads, customers, and partners. Articulate the business value proposition and develop competitive proposal documents. Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager. 5+ years of experience in solution sales or business development. Self-driven, proactive, and able to take initiative independently. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities for both technical and non‑technical audiences. Native-level Japanese proficiency or equivalent to JLPT N1. English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above (submission of test scores is not required). Experience in sales or business development related to GEO missions. Understanding of the ecosystem surrounding JAXA and the Government of Japan, including the Ministry of Defense. Experience handling sensitive information, such as information security, technical data management, and export control–related activities.
