We are a high-end mental health clinic with office locations in Scottsdale, Glendale and Tempe, Arizona. We provide face-to-face and telepsychiatry services at the clinics and to patients in multiple other organizations, rehabilitation centers, and detox facilities throughout Arizona. We strive to provide the best health care & customer service in a very professional, yet personalized, warm, and friendly environment. We are looking for enthusiastic, high-energy, motivated Intake Clinician to join our team. Interested candidates must have experience, and must be dependable, punctual, and able to communicate professionally. Opportunities to join a team of like-minded people who are at the forefront of mental health do not come often. We offer a competitive salary with a full slate of benefits. The Intake Clinician provides direct clinical services to patients through individual, group, and family therapy in an outpatient behavioral health setting. This position focuses on delivering evidence-based, trauma-informed care, ensuring timely documentation, and supporting patients through individualized treatment plans and structured group programming. We are flexible with qualified candidates, having the option for 4-day work weeks, as well as sign on bonuses. Qualifications Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required. Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of practice. Experience in outpatient behavioral health, trauma-informed care, and group facilitation preferred. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative team environment.
