    "description": "<p>The Center at Tucson is looking to hire PTAs now!</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Shift Availability:</strong>&nbsp;Full-time or PRN days</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pay:&nbsp;</strong>Full-time $28-30/hour; PRN $35/hour</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Job Description:</strong>&nbsp;Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be maintained at all times.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Observe patients before, during and after therapy, noting their status and reporting to a physical therapist</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist in developing, implementing and coordinating patient care plans for individual patients in coordination and conjunction with the patients assessment</li>\r\n\t<li>Brief patient of procedures involved in physical therapy and prepare necessary equipment-reassure patient before and during therapy treatment</li>\r\n\t<li>Focus on providing the highest quality treatment for patients that allows for excellent patient outcomes</li>\r\n\t<li>Recommend modifications of changes in the patient&rsquo;s therapy program based on evaluation of progress</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure that all therapy notes are informative, descriptive and follow Company&rsquo;s policy and procedures</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>About Us</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>The Center at Tucson is a skilled nursing facility that serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care.
