They will work with families to create an individualized plans to support the specific needs and interests of each child. They will work with staff members and management to ensure that they are provided as much support as needed. With the addition of supporting BHPs in making any needed corrections. They are responsible for collecting data and reviewing weekly completed paperwork for treatment plans and goals to promote positive outcomes and changes.
