Learn more on our Benefits page.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are looking for a Psychiatric Liaison to join our dynamic team! In your role, you will have the opportunity to lead assessments and coordinate the safe admission, transfer, referral and more with our patient population. Using your expertise, you will serve as a liaison to the community and respond to law enforcement, friends, families, and others in order to serve patients who are experiencing a psychiatric emergency. As the only Level I Trauma Center between Los Angeles and Sacramento, you will have the opportunity to grow in your specialty alongside a supportive leadership team. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is part of the internal resource pool and is designated as a per diem role, providing staffing support across designated departments based on organizational needs.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One of the following is required:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health or related field</li>\n   <li>Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>1 year of experience as a Psychiatric Liaison is required if qualifying with LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.</li>\n <li>2 years of experience is required if qualifying as an RN.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Licenses and Certifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>FCDBH-5150 - Fresno County 5150 Cert required within <strong>90</strong> days of hire or transfer into position</li>\n <li>BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required</li>\n <li>One of the following is required:</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>LCSW - State of California Licensed Clinical Social Worker</li>\n  <li>LMFT - State of California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist</li>\n  <li>LPCC - State of California Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor</li>\n  <li>RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Disclaimers</h2>\n<p>• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.</p>",
