To learn more, please visit: www.colibrigroup.com Colibri Group welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, and we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed in the job description. Research has shown that women and people of color may be less likely to apply to jobs unless they feel they meet every qualification, and we want to actively combat this bias in our hiring process. If you're excited about the role and believe you have the skills and experience to contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply, even if your background doesn't align perfectly with every qualification listed. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we believe that diversity of perspectives and experiences is essential to our success. You may be just the right candidate for this role or another position within our organization. Don't hesitate to take the leap and apply today! What You'll Do: Revenue Ownership & Commercial Strategy: Own product-level revenue performance across the eCommerce funnel, partnering with Demand Gen and CRO to translate traffic into revenue. Drive strategies that balance CVR, AOV, and product mix to meet and exceed revenue targets. Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for new products, features, and market expansions—ensuring clear alignment to business goals, demand generation plans, and revenue outcomes. Drive executional clarity across teams from launch through optimization. Product Positioning & Packaging: Define and evolve product positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies that resonate with target audiences and maximize conversion. Continuously refine based on customer behavior, competitive dynamics, and performance data. eCommerce & Conversion Optimization: Own the on-site product experience, including merchandising, product pages, and purchase flows. Partner closely with CRO and Engineering to test and optimize experiences that improve conversion, reduce friction, and increase AOV. Customer & Market Insight Leadership: Leverage data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and inform product, pricing, and messaging strategies. Act as the voice of the customer in roadmap and prioritization discussions. Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Experience—ensuring alignment between what we build, how we position it, and how it performs in market. Sales & Lifecycle Enablement: Partner with Sales and Lifecycle Marketing to ensure consistent, high-impact messaging across the funnel. Equip teams with the insights, tools, and content needed to effectively convert and retain customers. Integrated Campaign Partnership: Collaborate with Demand Gen to inform and shape integrated campaigns, ensuring product strategy, messaging, and offers are aligned to drive qualified demand and maximize revenue conversion. Performance Management & Optimization: Establish clear KPIs and reporting frameworks across traffic, conversion, AOV, and revenue. Lead ongoing performance analysis and optimization, using data to drive continuous improvement and inform executive-level decisions. What You'll Need to Succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, and eCommerce, with a proven track record of leading successful GTM strategies in a digital or eCommerce environment. Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, market research, positioning, and messaging principles. Experience optimizing product visibility, sales performance, and customer experience with Shopify direct-to-consumer channel. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with an ability to build and protect brand integrity across digital channels. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making in both traditional and digital commerce environments. Proficiency in eCommerce tools, digital marketing automation platforms, CRM software, and data analysis. This role requires a visionary marketer who excels at balancing product marketing with eCommerce and brand stewardship. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping not only the success of individual products but also the growth and perception of the overall brand, especially within the eCommerce and digital marketplace ecosystems.
