Strong financial acumen with experience in capital planning and budget management. Expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams and external vendor contracts. Operational Leadership & Site Management Direct the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring all infrastructure, grounds, and parking areas are maintained in a safe, accessible state for 24/7/365 operations. Manage comprehensive building services, including housekeeping, waste/recycling, snow removal, and grounds care, utilizing a strategic mix of in-house staff and external vendors. Act as the Incident Commander for the Emergency Response/Incident Management teams and provide critical leadership for the Business Continuity Program. Financial & Strategic Planning Develop and execute multi-year capital plans and annual expense budgets. Drive cost savings and productivity gains through proactive and predictive maintenance strategies. Lead local Sustainability Initiative plans and goals to align with corporate environmental strategies. Team Development & Management Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of exempt and non-exempt personnel. Oversee departmental staffing needs, training, and professional development to ensure the team remains agile and responsive to business requirements. Collaboration & Compliance Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations. Partner with Site Executives, Lab Managers, and functional leads in SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental), Security, IT, and Finance to support core business needs. Collaborate with Project Managers on plant rearrangements, equipment installations, and infrastructure upgrades to ensure projects meet operational standards.",
