This exciting ownership positions us for continued impacts and growth in the future.</p>\n<h2>Essential Functions & Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>Maintenance Planner</strong></p>\n<p>As the Maintenance Planner you will be responsible for improving plant reliability, equipment uptime and maintenance efficiency by planning, coordinating and scheduling all preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role ensures that work orders are properly scoped, materials and parts are available, labor resources are allocated, and jobs are executed safely and efficiently with minimal downtime to operations.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times</li>\n <li>Plans, schedules and coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance; manages the plant-level preventative maintenance program </li>\n <li>Upgrades preventative maintenance, tasks and equipment tables in partnership with plant leadership </li>\n <li>Develops weekly schedules and assists with establishing job priorities </li>\n <li>Manages the backlog of repairs and provides assistance to Maintenance Supervisors; submits and reviews backlog priorities with department leaders </li>\n <li>Closes out work orders daily, including actual hours, work history and relevant commentary</li>\n <li>Maintains records, charts and indexes (OSHA, Environmental, ISO) and accurate asset records or all maintained equipment </li>\n <li>Establishes and distributes weekly and monthly KPI and trends across the facility; completes maintenance problem analysis </li>\n <li>Documents and manages components sent for rebuild / refurbishment</li>\n <li>Schedules annual and quarterly inspections for critical plant equipment </li>\n <li>Edits, adds, and reviews all preventive maintenance to verify accuracy and precise instruction details </li>\n <li>Submits requisitions for stock and completes purchasing for items needed to support Maintenance and Operations </li>\n <li>Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education </h2>- High school diploma or equivalent (required) - Related advanced training and/or college coursework (preferred) - Experience working with CMMS software (preferred)\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of related experience (preferred) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity</h2>Arcwood offers competitive pay and bonus incentives.
