KCI requires a drug screen and physical that tests the abilities as outlined below. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Demonstrate punctuality by consistently arriving on time each day </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Construct formwork for placement of concrete.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Set anchor bolt templates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build temporary handrails and associated safety items.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, tightening/loosening bolts, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications/Experience:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Member of the Carpenters Union</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Valid driver's license</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Journeyman level skills </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be a team player.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Managed By:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Field Superintendent</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements for Fit for Duty:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lift 80 pounds floor to waist 3x</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lift 60 pounds waist to shoulder 3x</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Overhead lift 60 pounds 3x</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bilateral carry 80 pounds 50 ft 2x</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Gripping at waist level for 90 seconds with 30 pounds</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Push and pull a 97 pound sled 20 ft</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lift an 80 pound box from the floor and carry it 50 ft</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lift plywood from the floor and down 2 steps 5x</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ascend and descend 60 rungs on a vertical ladder</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Squat, bend, kneel, and stoop</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>KCI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and affirmative action employer regardless of race, color, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs, material status, genetic information, national origin, disability or protection veteran status.</span></p>",
