We are seeking a proactive <strong>Manager, Site Infrastructure & Facilities</strong>, to lead, modernize, and maintain our critical facilities. You won’t just be maintaining buildings—you’ll be optimizing the environment that develops innovative technologies powering over 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Strategic Visionary:</strong> Support the development of the long-term master plan for our facility footprint, aligning physical infrastructure with aggressive corporate growth goals.</li>\n <li><strong>Infrastructure Architect:</strong> Lead high-stakes capital projects, renovations, and new construction, managing budgeting and execution from facility design to completion.</li>\n <li><strong>Operational Excellence:</strong> Lead project teams, establishing governance and implementing Framatome standards to ensure team readiness and success. </li>\n <li><strong>Safety & Compliance Champion:</strong> Maintain adherence to all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards during facility project design and execution phases. </li>\n <li><strong>Strategic Partnerships:</strong> Manage landlord relationships, negotiate complex leases, and direct external contractors to high-performance outcomes in compliance with Framatome's standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (equivalent experience considered).</li>\n <li>10+ years in facilities management, with a track record of handling complex, regulated infrastructure.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects through a team of subordinates.</li>\n <li>Strong expertise in contract negotiation, lease administration, and budget optimization.</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of facility operations, preventative maintenance systems, and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Exceptional collaborative skills to bridge gaps between technical staff, executive leadership, and vendors.</li>\n <li>Good analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $115,000-$156,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
