style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Support organization‑wide data analytics initiatives, including BI platform development, data conversion, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) monitoring, and generation of internal/external reports</li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Contribute to project management efforts</li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Support Knowledge Management (KM) by helping plan, develop, and implement KM initiatives and by managing KM projects to completion</li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Promote knowledge sharing, improving processes and organizational performance</li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Provide analytical and technical expertise for organizational studies, process evaluations, workflow
