Hand experience required, 1+ years of OP experience required. Join our team treating various upper extremity disorders ranging from tendon injuries, sprain, strains, post-operative fractures, etc. Splinting experience preferred. Best practices and evidence-based programs are utilized for individualized patient care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our locations are fully equipped to provide care to patients ranging from post surgical, non-operative to work conditioning. You will have the opportunity to work closely with excellent hand surgeons. If you are looking for a stable company with an ACTIVE, GROWING and THRIVING national Hand Therapy program, please apply immediately! </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Best Practices: </strong>Stay current and up to date with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).</li>\n <li><strong>Build Relationships: </strong>Enhance, develop and expand relationships with referral sources and maintain a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaborative Approach: </strong>Develop objective patient goals and establish the type, frequency and duration of occupational therapy in collaboration with the referring physician.</li>\n <li><strong>High Standard of Care: </strong>Understand appropriate state Practice Act and adhere to the laws that govern how OTs may practice and whom they may supervise.</li>\n <li><strong>Innovative Opportunities: </strong>Participate in the design and implementation of new programs or procedures with the approval of the manager and referring physicians per HIPPA guidelines.</li>\n <li><strong>Leadership: </strong>Supervise and delegate occupational therapy care for each patient within the guidelines of state rules and federal regulations.</li>\n <li><strong>Personalized Treatment:</strong> Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment programs and demonstrate completion of patient care responsibilities and documentation requirements in an appropriate and timely manner.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy</li>\n <li>State Occupational Therapist license (or license eligible)</li>\n <li>Minimum 1 years hand therapy experience.</li>\n <li>CPR certification</li>\n <li>Valid state driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Part Time/PRN Perks:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Continuing Education</strong>: Free in-person and online CEUs to keep learning</li>\n <li><strong>Career Growth</strong>: Access to a nationwide, professional support network</li>\n <li><strong>401(k)</strong>: Company matching 401(k) after 1,000 hours in a calendar year</li>\n</ul>",
