          "text": "<p>As a Mechanical Engineer III, you’ll play a key role in designing mechanical systems for complex facilities while also taking ownership of project scope and mentoring junior team members. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants to grow into leadership while staying hands-on with design.</p><p>You’ll contribute across the full project lifecycle—from early concept through construction—working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, coordinated solutions.</p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Design &amp; Engineering</strong></p><ul><li>Design HVAC and mechanical utility systems for new construction, renovations, and process-driven environments</li><li>Perform engineering calculations, including heating/cooling loads, energy modeling, and system sizing</li><li>Develop construction documents, including drawings, P&amp;IDs, specifications, and system layouts</li><li>Select and specify equipment and ensure designs align with applicable codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>Project Ownership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the mechanical scope for small to mid-sized projects or major portions of larger projects</li><li>Manage deadlines, deliverables, and mechanical budgets for assigned work</li><li>Contribute to all phases of design, including conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration &amp; Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Partner closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver coordinated designs</li><li>Participate in site visits, field surveys, and construction support activities (RFIs, submittals, punch lists)</li><li>Ensure designs are practical, constructible, and aligned with project goals</li></ul><p><strong>Team &amp; Quality Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Mentor and support the development of junior engineers and designers</li><li>Lead quality checks and ensure deliverables meet CRB standards</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement and internal knowledge sharing</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited)</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in mechanical system design (AEC environment preferred)</li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license</li><li>Experience designing HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial or industrial facilities</li><li>Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, codes, and industry standards</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, laboratory, or food &amp; beverage facilities</li><li>Familiarity with GMP environments or regulated industries</li><li>Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools</li><li>Experience working with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams</li><li>Exposure to sustainable design practices (LEED, WELL, etc.)</li><li>Experience with plumbing systems and/or field assessments</li></ul><p>#LI-JV1</p>",
