      "content": "\n<li>Well-rounded technical knowledge of supporting mainly MacOS and Windows11.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience supporting cloud apps: GSuite, Slack, WebEx, O365, and Atlassian.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Single Sign-ON services such as OKTA.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience managing network printers and conference rooms (iPads, WebEx).&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Comfortable with Basic Linux Commands and troubleshooting.</li>\n<li>Experience performing hardware/software configuration and troubleshooting.</li>\n<li>A constant drive to improve the experience of our users and our internal processes.</li>\n<li>Creative problem-solving skills and self-motivation.</li>\n<li>The ability to balance and prioritize multiple tickets and remain calm under pressure.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift 50 LB when needed.</li>\n"
