All duties are performed independently by the technician under the supervision of a pharmacist. &nbsp;Floater technicians are cross trained to cover various inpatient and outpatient CSMC areas, support our patients' medication management needs.</p>\n<p>Our technicians do rotating shifts (day/afternoons) and rotating weekends.</p>",
