The Harvesting team’s core objective is to continuously elevate the performance of harvesting products and operations—improving efficiency, reliability, throughput, and product quality across the full lifecycle (design, validation, industrialization, and in‑field performance).
Your Impact
Drive performance improvements for harvesting products through hands‑on diagnostics, data analysis, and structured problem‑solving to increase efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
Lead and implement Lean and quality initiatives (Kaizen, 8D, PDCA, root cause analysis) to eliminate bottlenecks and stabilize production processes.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Field Service, and Suppliers to implement durable technical solutions and ensure alignment on performance goals.
Translate field and customer feedback into actionable engineering improvements , accelerating the loop from issue identification to validated corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement culture by bringing enthusiasm, energy, and a strong learning mindset, contributing to knowledge sharing, best practices, and performance‑driven behaviors.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineer
Interpretation and knowledge of technical drawings; Knowledge of CAD software - CREO is preferable
Fluent English write / read- Advanced speaking
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a group; Honesty, Respect, Initiative, Commitment and Responsibility;
Knowledge about Combine harvesters and headers process would be consider additional.
