    "description": "<p>TBAS is looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager.</p>\n<p><br>This position will work closely with the Lending Team and report to the CEO. He/she will be stationed at the Utulei, Centennial Branch.<br>This position is responsible for servicing commercial customers seeking loans and deposit relationships with the Bank. He/she establishes, manages, and maintains strong relationships with current and prospective commercial clients.</p>\n<p><br>The individual is responsible for identifying and promoting commercial banking products and services to suit client needs. He/she may conduct interviews with applicants to develop information concerning their businesses and requirements, evaluate credit information, and make relationship recommendations.</p>\n<p><br>The individual is to maximize the Department’s profitability through the maintenance of a high-quality loan portfolio. He/she must follow current loans to ensure conformity with terms and maintain a current and complete credit file.</p>\n<p><br>The individual must monitor and analyze financial reports, economic trends, and regulatory changes to increase the Bank’s business in established and developing markets.</p>\n<p><br><em>The information in this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
