We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.<br/></p> \n<p>RH is seeking a Gallery Facilities Leader to join our team in providing world-class service to guests while taking great care of our equipment and facilities.</p> \n<p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</p> \n<ul> \n <li>Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day</li> \n <li>Lead, plan, and coordinate the activities of the facility maintenance and housekeeping department to ensure optimum service level maintenance</li> \n <li>Oversee building and grounds maintenance, including: landscaping, lawn maintenance, employee and truck parking lot maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, interior and exterior lighting, dock doors, dock plates, trailer restraints and switch lights, roofing and fire protection systems</li> \n <li>Maintain a safe work environment by observing &amp; enforcing OSHA, Food Safety, &amp; HAZMAT requirements</li> \n <li>Play an active role in interviewing, hiring, and training highly-skilled and general maintenance associates</li> \n <li>Assist Leadership team in forecasting capital expenditures and and negotiating contracts</li> \n <li>Monitor budgeting to ensure maximum value is obtained when purchasing supplies and repair parts</li> \n <li>Arrange for contractor services when needed for specialized repairs&nbsp;</li> \n</ul> \n<p>OUR REQUIREMENTS</p> \n<ul> \n <li>5+ years experience in maintenance leadership in environment with high standards of operational excellence</li> \n <li>Hands-on experience with repair of material handling equipment</li> \n <li>Ability to build teams, gain commitment from others and effectively manage the decision-making process</li> \n <li>Strong problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on process improvement&nbsp;</li> \n <li>Analytical mindset with Excel proficiency</li> \n <li>Familiarity with RF systems</li> \n <li>Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays</li> \n</ul>",
