    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay $28-$32 DOE</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Per Diem $120/day (work 6, paid 7)</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Traveling Journeyman Ironworker</span> to join our team. This role will <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">initially be based at our Sinking Spring (SS) fabrication facility supporting an active project</span>, with the expectation to transition into <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">traveling field assignments nationwide</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This position involves structural steel erection, connecting, welding, rigging, and fabrication support. Candidates must be safety-focused, dependable, and capable of working in both shop and field environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely erect, connect, and install structural steel and metal components</li>\n<li>Perform bolt-up, plumbing, aligning, and decking as required</li>\n<li>Execute structural and miscellaneous welding as needed (SMAW/FCAW preferred)</li>\n<li>Perform rigging, signaling, and hoisting operations safely</li>\n<li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications</li>\n<li>Assist with fabrication and material handling while assigned to the shop project</li>\n<li>Work at heights and in physically demanding environments while maintaining safety standards</li>\n<li>Collaborate with crew members and leadership to meet production and project schedules</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an ironworker (structural steel preferred)</li>\n<li>Experience with connecting, rigging, bolt-up, and structural erection</li>\n<li>Welding experience (stick and/or flux core) strongly preferred</li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to travel for extended durations after initial shop assignment</li>\n<li>OSHA 10 or 30 preferred</li>\n<li>Ability to work overtime and 50–70+ hour weeks as project demands require</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements &amp; Work Environment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and work at heights</li>\n<li>Must be able to walk and work on uneven surfaces and steel structures</li>\n<li>Work is performed both indoors (shop) and outdoors in all weather conditions</li>\n<li>Exposure to noise, dust, and heavy equipment</li>\n<li>Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initial assignment at Sinking Spring (SS) fabrication shop</li>\n<li>Travel required (up to 75%+) following completion of shop-based project work</li>\n<li>Position may include nights, weekends, and overtime</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JGM offers a competitive wage and benefits package:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the company’s yearly performance bonus program</li>\n<li>Medical, Vision &amp; Dental</li>\n<li>PTO &amp; Holidays</li>\n<li>401(k) + Matching</li>\n<li>Life Insurance</li>\n<li>Short/Long-Term Disability</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program</li>\n<li>Generous Referral Program</li>\n<li>Training and Further Education</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>This job description is subject to change based on the needs of the business and is not all-inclusive.</em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>JGM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
