      "content": "\n<li>Act as lead in a specific department with ability to flex to other departments as needed</li>\n<li>Guide and train current and new employees on warehouse guidelines and new/updated procedures</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for associates to provide guidance and training on industry best practices</li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to proper methods and safety standards while effectively communicating in a positive and respectful manner.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Address problems and conduct audits to identify issues, followed by providing constructive feedback to associates</li>\n<li>Promote a positive team-oriented environment and lead by example</li>\n<li>Help oversee daily assigned area</li>\n<li>Enforce and maintain compliance and high quality standards with new and existing standards</li>\n<li>Audit proactively to detect and solve problems</li>\n<li>Ensure areas are ready for next shift i.e. all tasks completed, problem solve items solved</li>\n<li>Communicate respectfully and effectively with associates when product quality is at risk</li>\n<li>Identify training deficiencies in associates and work with them to improve accuracy</li>\n<li>Maintain confidentiality</li>\n<li>Assist on the floor in other areas when needed</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n"
