Employees also have the opportunity to receive Performance Pay based on company and individual performance.</p><p>Job Highlights:</p><ul><li>Positions starting&nbsp;at $19.00/hr;</li><li>Performance Based Raises after 90-Days;</li><li>Day Shift schedules vary based on department – all shifts work 12-hour days;</li><li>Kawneer Springdale works on a continuous operations (ConOps) schedule w/ rotation shifts;</li><li>Con-Ops work schedule alternates between 4 days (48 hours/week) and 3 days (36 hours/week);</li><li>Employees that work the weekend before the scheduled 36 hours on short weeks receive 4 gift hours to achieve 40 hours.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<br>These positions include working around or operating mobile equipment, overhead cranes,&nbsp;or other large equipment.
