We&#39;re looking for an experienced <strong data-start=\"748\" data-end=\"785\">Senior CNC Maintenance Technician</strong> who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, solving technical challenges, and helping others grow.</p><p data-start=\"886\" data-end=\"1073\" style=\"line-height: 2;\">This role serves as a technical leader within the maintenance team and plays a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting production performance.</p><h2 data-section-id=\"11vcmyo\" data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1092\" style=\"line-height: 2;\">What You&#39;ll Do</h2><p data-start=\"1094\" data-end=\"1211\" style=\"line-height: 2;\">In this role, you&#39;ll support production by ensuring CNC equipment and related systems operate safely and efficiently.</p><p data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1238\" style=\"line-height: 2;\">&bull; Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC equipment including mills, lathes, saws, and related production machinery<br data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1357\">&bull; Support electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems<br data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1435\">&bull; Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize machine uptime and equipment life<br data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1554\">&bull; Observe equipment performance and identify root causes of failures and recurring issues<br data-start=\"1643\" data-end=\"1646\">&bull; Disassemble, repair, replace, and test mechanical and electrical components using appropriate tools and equipment<br data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1764\">&bull; Calibrate and align machinery to maintain production quality standards<br data-start=\"1836\" data-end=\"1839\">&bull; Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics<br data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"1925\">&bull; Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support operational goals<br data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2014\">&bull; Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and parts records<br data-start=\"2077\" data-end=\"2080\">&bull; Initiate purchase requests for replacement parts and equipment<br data-start=\"2144\" data-end=\"2147\">&bull; Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and process improvements<br data-start=\"2219\" data-end=\"2222\">&bull; Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new equipment<br data-start=\"2289\" data-end=\"2292\">&bull; Train and mentor maintenance technicians on troubleshooting and best practices<br data-start=\"2372\" data-end=\"2375\">&bull; Follow OSHA requirements, LOTO procedures, and company safety policies<br data-start=\"2447\" data-end=\"2450\">&bull; Participate in on-call support and work flexible schedules as business needs require</p><h2 data-section-id=\"nbk8dt\" data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2565\" style=\"line-height: 2;\">What We&#39;re Looking For</h2><p data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"3463\" style=\"line-height: 2;\">&bull; High school diploma or GED required<br data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2607\">&bull; Technical degree, apprenticeship, or industry certifications preferred<br data-start=\"2679\" data-end=\"2682\">&bull; Minimum 7 years of CNC maintenance experience preferred<br data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2742\">&bull; Strong understanding of CNC systems and controls including Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, Mazak, or similar systems<br data-start=\"2850\" data-end=\"2853\">&bull; Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems<br data-start=\"2947\" data-end=\"2950\">&bull; Ability to diagnose issues involving HMIs, drives, and power supplies<br data-start=\"3021\" data-end=\"3024\">&bull; Experience installing and configuring drives preferred<br data-start=\"3080\" data-end=\"3083\">&bull; Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and schematics<br data-start=\"3171\" data-end=\"3174\">&bull; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills<br data-start=\"3225\" data-end=\"3228\">&bull; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<br data-start=\"3284\" data-end=\"3287\">&bull;
