Why this role exists Our transaction volume is growing, and strong outcomes depend on more than process — they depend on judgment. This role exists to own the operational details that keep Sell360 and Renovate-to-Sell transactions moving cleanly and on schedule, while spotting problems before they become delays and bringing structure to complexity.
You’ll manage documentation, timelines, and coordination across teams, ensuring accuracy, follow-through, and visibility as deals progress. This role is designed for someone who takes real ownership, thinks ahead, and brings a sharp eye to the details that others miss. It’s a hands-on execution role with meaningful responsibility — and room to grow for someone who earns it.
What you will do
Support real estate transactions from offer acceptance through resale, owning day-to-day execution and proactively keeping deals on track Open escrows and coordinate with lenders, insurance providers, and internal teams Review transaction documents and seller disclosures, organizing files and flagging issues for internal review — with a sense of what matters and what doesn’t Manage property-related services during ownership, including utilities, insurance, and recurring bills Coordinate and track documentation required for Renovate-to-Sell equity verification Review mortgage, title, and payoff information using established eligibility criteria Maintain accurate, well-organized files across 15–25 active transactions Track timelines, follow-ups, and outstanding items — anticipating gaps before they become problems Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners to close loops and resolve open items
