    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary:</strong> The Accounting Manager position requires a professional, organized individual with the ability to take ownership of new projects. This role requires management of multiple projects simultaneously, accuracy in daily work, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for maintaining the daily accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of the financial statements, and other duties as assigned. The Accounting Manager will be cross-trained in other functions and reports to the Controller.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Qualifications <em>(include but are not limited to</em></u></strong><em>):</em></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting or related field</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At least 2 years&rsquo; Accounting experience</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent Excel Skills</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to be very hands on&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent analytical skills&nbsp;</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent organizational skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ability to work well with co-workers and in a team environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Record of dependability and good attendance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent customer service skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of Intermediate computer skills in Word programs</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Duties<em>&nbsp;(include but are not limited to):</em></u></strong><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain financial reports, records, general ledgers and perform general bookkeeping for Parker Trutec, Inc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reconcile general ledger accounts, including prepaid insurance and accruals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">File quarterly CAT and Sales tax.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and follow up on receivables.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review payroll reports, monthly accruals, and GAAP entries.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Projects and other duties as assigned.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as asked by the CFO.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage 2 Accounting Clerks</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own transactional accounting</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><em>Additional duties may be required as needed by Parker Trutec and our customers.&nbsp;</em></strong></p></div>\n",
