You’ll coordinate system-level activities, manage interfaces, and ensure technical consistency across subsystems, while maintaining control of the system baseline and engineering documentation.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participation in technical activities planning, including technical schedule and cost</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage core SE elements such as functional analysis, concept of operations, mission analysis, system modes, specification tree and requirements, interfaces and engineering database</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participation in risk, opportunity and resolution plans;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee sub-systems and software design, ensuring management and control of interfaces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide technical input to Product Assurance activities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead technical assessments, trade-offs, baseline definition and maintenance, budgets;</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Write and maintain engineering documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage system technical baseline and ensure change control </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure development and validation planning for system, spacecraft and Ground Segment in line with technical and programmatic constraints</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Follow implementation phase ensuring successful execution of AIV/T phase</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support Launch and In orbit commissioning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Consolidate and iterate on the system engineering process at a company-wide level</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 64, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Must Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> (BSc/MSc) Degree in Aerospace, Engineering, Physics or similar</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">+10 Years' experience in spacecraft industry</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in decomposition of system requirements, trade studies and sizing/error budget development for a Spacecraft system</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with the full space program lifecycle, from business development, proposal generation and contract negotiations, all the way through design, development, assembly, test and successful delivery</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Confidence with leading multidisciplinary project teams</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Highly organized, capable of tracking multiple streams of critical activities at once</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(255, 64, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bolder\">Knowledge or a level of expertise including in one of these areas</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">: Spacecraft System level design/analyses, Avionics/electronics, Electrical and Power, Attitude and Orbit Control, Propulsion, Thermal &amp; Mechanical, Spacecraft AIT, Spacecraft LEOP + In-orbit operations, Manufacturing processes, Launcher Interfaces, FDIR</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience working in a technical capacity with LEO, MEO or GEO Spacecraft system definition and design</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable interacting with customers, both institutional (UKSA, ESA) and commercial</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Information about our data processing is set out in our <a href=\"https://drive.google.com/file/d/1YjlHRlWE9z2jetugzFUfxk-5nKDzZYps/view?usp=drive_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">candidate data privacy notice.</a></span></span></p>",
