Advocate for injured clients by providing compassionate, knowledgeable legal guidance. Conduct thorough case investigations and develop effective legal strategies. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to achieve the best possible outcomes. Represent clients in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support client goals. Remain accessible to clients as needed, understanding that legal needs can arise outside of regular business hours. Qualifications:
