This position supports our dermatopathology laboratory through specimen handling, laboratory data entry, patient record management, and general lab support functions.</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM.</p>\n<p>SkinPath Solutions, an affiliate of Anne Arundel Dermatology, is an indepedent dermatopathology laboratory specializing in the diagnosis of skin, hair, and nail disorders of all types. We believe in providing our new associates with intensive hands on training and long-term career growth opportunities from within.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Duties and Accountabilities: </strong>As assigned but not limited to the following:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enter patient information into the laboratory information system</li>\n <li>Assign case numbers to specimens, slides, and cassettes</li>\n <li>Pull and file patient records for physicians, client services, and laboratory staff</li>\n <li>Match and quality check patient records for accuracy</li>\n <li>Change solutions in laboratory processors</li>\n <li>Change solutions in laboratory stainers</li>\n <li>Fill client supply orders</li>\n <li>Stock and organize laboratory supplies</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Experience & Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree required</li>\n <li>Previous laboratory experience preferred, but not required</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with staff and internal teams</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced laboratory environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Licensure/Certifications/Education</h2>\n<p><strong>Full time employees (defined as regularly working at least 30 hours per week) are eligible for the following benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Dental & Vision insurance – effective 1st of the month after date of start</li>\n <li>Short-term and long-term disability, Voluntary life (employee, spouse, and child), Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity – Effective the 1st of the month following date of hire</li>\n <li>Company provided Basic Life/AD&D insurance</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n <li>Paid holidays</li>\n <li>Retirement Savings account</li>\n <li>Employee discount on cosmetic services and products</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
