    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>The manufacturing engineer will play an integral role in the company&rsquo;s future success as they continue bringing in new product. The ideal candidate has experience leading new product from introduction to maturity, plus experience in both a machining (repeatable) production environment and a new product/R&amp;D manufacturing environment.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Develop and implement the manufacturing process/planning, procedures, inspection criteria and additional documentation required to meet customers: drawing, purchase order and specification requirements for new product and product revisions</li><li>Analyze current manufacturing processes.</li><li>Investigate, identify and report root cause and lead the implementation of corrective actions</li><li>Provide Engineering support for day-to-day production and inspection processes.</li><li>Interface with the quality team for new product, rework, and deviations.</li><li>Liaison between production, quality, supply chain and design engineering staff for complex problem solving and process changes.</li><li>Must be able to work independently and as a team.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.</p><p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p><u>Education and Experience:</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s&nbsp;degree in a technical discipline such as mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace engineering.</li><li>3+ years of experience.</li><li>Must be proficient in CATIA V5.</li></ul><p><u>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</u></p><p>Knowledge:</p><ul><li>Ability to develop necessary new processes where none exist</li><li>Experience transitioning products from design to manufacturing as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Capable of solving complex problems with little to no supervision.</li><li>Pareto analysis, root cause and corrective action experience.</li></ul><p>Technical Skills:</p><ul><li>Experience transitioning products from design to manufacturing as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience modeling with 3D CAD software e.g.: CATIA V5</li><li>Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T) experience - Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding note requirements, tolerance blocks and geometric tolerances, and print orientation</li></ul><p>Interpersonal Skills:</p><ul><li>Ability to multitask and work effectively as a team</li></ul></div>\n",
