font-size: 12pt\">Lead end-to-end stock trading platform development: define user requirements across front-, mid-, and back-office to launch on time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate closely with Tech, Ops, Compliance, and Marketing functions to ensure seamless integration, operational readiness, and go-to-market execution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Formulate wealth customer acquisition strategy via stock trading, executing sales/marketing to hit targets (customer growth, trading volume, AUM, revenue)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Optimize relationships with stakeholders (trading desks, brokers, regulators), conducting market research, focus groups, and competitive analysis for platform insights</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
