    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are looking and an experienced Lead Instrumentation Engineer in Aurora, OH. This role would include working with customers and automation teams to implement turnkey solutions around process instrumentation.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serves as Lead Engineer on project work for clients and is responsible for gathering and analyzing technical data used to furnish a design package of instruments to fulfill scope of work requirements that include, generating instrument lists, I/O lists, specifications, procurement submittals, operation & maintenance documents, training, and related design documents.</li>\n <li>Specifying, procuring, and calibrating instruments (i.e. flow, level, temperature, analytical, pressure, etc.).</li>\n <li>Perform as lead instrumentation engineer interfacing with customers.</li>\n <li>Maintain effective communication with project team members, other departments, suppliers, and clients.</li>\n <li>Perform basic field commissioning and start-up of process control systems as they relate to instrumentation.</li>\n <li>Direct and check the work of designers and engineers ensuring all standards are met.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of Science Degree in related engineering field (preferable electrical, mechanical or mechatronics engineering).</li>\n <li>Three plus (3+) years of experience with specifying, procuring, and calibrating instruments</li>\n <li>Knowledge of all facets of process instrumentation</li>\n <li>Experience with PLC programs and operator interface software</li>\n <li>Experience with P&IDs, instrument loop diagrams, wiring schematic diagrams, panel layout and detail drawings</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiar with Autodesk CAD software</li>\n <li>Five plus (5+) years of experience</li>\n <li>PLC configuration knowledge is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation & Benefits Highlights</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Competitive Base Salary:</strong> $95,000–$140,000, depending on experience</li>\n <li><strong>Performance Bonuses:</strong> Bonus structure designed to reward results </li>\n <li><strong>Travel Perks: </strong>Travel incentives + per-diem packages for field assignments</li>\n <li><strong>Full Benefits Package:</strong> Medical, dental, and vision coverage </li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Ready:</strong> 401(k) with company match </li>\n <li><strong>Time Off:</strong> Generous PTO which includes vacation, holidays, and unlimited personal time </li>\n <li><strong>Grow With Us:</strong> Ongoing training, certifications, and professional development support </li>\n</ul>",
